Hello Friends,
I am trying to add icons to the catalog items but they are not getting displayed. I am following below steps;
1) Go to Maintain Item and open the catalog item
2) Add the icon and update the item
Tried with icons of file type PNG with 16*16, 24*24, 32*32 etc but nothing is working.
Am I missing anything here?

Can you please refresh the instance cache and let me know the outcome.
instancename.service-now.com/cache.do
Note :
Ensure that a cache flush is not being run during business hours. Scheduled cache flushes, using cache.do, can affect overall performance and degrade system response times. Cache flushes are intended to prevent older data from interfering with changes and updates. Cache flushes should not be run during business hours and automatically triggered cache flushes are not recommended. Cache flushes are performed automatically when using update sets.

Just pasted the URL as you said in the browser by updating my instance name but nothing happening. Page reloaded but nothing.
Is it the only way to flush the cache or do we have any other ways. What all things it flushes?
I have tried login into the system again.
