In flow designer how to add approvals for catalogue task

Hello All,

Based on one condition I have to create one service catalog task and want to attach approval to this task. 

I don't want to attach approval to the RITM it should be for task. In my case it is not getting attached to this task. Do I need to change the status of task as well before sending it for approval?

I have a similar requirement.

My catalog form contains 10 different application access requests (For one LOB and is included in my HR Onboarding).

These applications have different approval requirements and support groups.

To keep the Order Guide i  have for HR Onboarding, i only want to include as few "Forms" to complete as possible.  Each form may be "LONG" but it's only X forms.

So in this instance.

So, app 1 may only need manager.   App 2 may have "Group Approval", and so on.

Access on each app, have specific roles.

So any application may be denied, so i don't want the ticket to go to the provisioning group.

Our Auditors, will want to have "Approvals" specific for each request as they review tickets.

So, I've figured out how to get the SCTASK approval created and sent out.

But in App 2, I'm also getting "Manager" as an approver, which i didn't include in the Steps approval.  Only in App 1's approval.

Thoughts?

I got the answer to my question.

We can attach approval to catalog task as well, in my case wait checkbox was checked under catalog task hecne approval was not getting attached to the task

wait checkbox says once this task is closed then go for next step.
