Incidents Report With Both Resolved and Created

Hi,

Using performance analytics is it possible to create a report of incidents consisting of incidents created/resolved?

Hi Swathi,



In system there are two OOTB indicators   Number of Resolved Incidents and Number of New Incidents, use these indicators and go to Widgets under Performance Analytics, create new widget and type as Timeseries and visualization as Column and select indicator as Number of New Incidents and Label value as you wish and color as youn wish and save the widget. Once you save the record, you will see another related list as Supporting indicators and click on new and add the second indicator here Number of Resolved Incidents and visulaization as Column and color as you wish and update the record. Now add this widget to any dashboard and there you can see the values. Make sure the job for these two indicators is ran and scores are collected. Below snapshot gives you idea about widget configuration.

Do you have a sample video for this one? I also need this one to be present in my dashboard. However, I am not yet so familiar on doing it. Can you please guide me?
