Integration of ServiceNow with iTRACS

HI,

having recently purchased ServiceNow we are working on our project to bring about a full integration and/or replacement with existing legacy solutions.   One that is interesting it iTRACs which is used here for the management of Networks and related hardware.  

I am considering running this as a federated CMDB,   but I would be interested to here what thoughts or experiences other may have.  

iTRACS is very feature rich,   so I am not convinced that a complete replacement is best method.  

any thoughts ?

Peter, have you come to a decision on how to align ServiceNow and iTracs?   We have some folks pursuing iTracs as a DCIM solution, but others view DCIM as another asset repository and are unclear on the benefits.
