I have a business service CI called "Outlook" and it is supported by two groups, depending on the issue (server or desktop). How can I display this in the CI form?

Todd, consider that the Business Service of "Outlook" is the tip of the iceberg. You may or may not have a support group at the business service level, but it sounds like you certainly have support groups at your application level. Consider the Outlook service being related to an Outlook Client application and an Exchange application CI. I would put your different support groups on related CI's that represent the application each group supports.
