I'm from Unito, we're a ServiceNow partner with an integration platform that connects records to work items in 50+ other apps and tools (e.g., Jira, Excel, Azure DevOps, Smartsheet, etc.). We'd like to speak with users who want alternative integration solutions for their instances and who are open to sharing feedback with us and testing the platform.
Unito is designed to be no-code, yet fully configurable and customizable to match the needs of any use case without requiring users to script anything themselves. For example, once you connect a ServiceNow account to Unito, record fields from the tables you have access to will automatically appear in the visual flow builder.
Here's an example of what that looks like:
Unito can essentially create, edit or otherwise modify (but not delete) any records your account has access to. In other words, in order to connect and use the platform, the account you connect needs to have CRUD access to the records you're working with.
Our primary use case is ITSM, so we recommend accounts have the ITIL role.
In terms of setting rules and logic for which records to sync, you apply conditions to specific fields (if Category is set to "database" create a matching issue in Jira.
As far as security and data privacy goes, Unito is SOC 2 Type II Compliant and we don't store user information. The platform only acts as a bridge between ServiceNow and other tools.
