*Asking this question on behalf of a business user*
User has the admin role and is trying impersonate someone known as a BCM Planner (contains a variety of BC related roles needed for testing the new BC workspace). The user was capable of being impersonated over the last few days, but now is being met with this error. No new plugins were installed/updated, no security changes were made, no role changes were made for either user.
This issue occurred once before and making a new user and assigning matching roles seemed to have fixed the issue, however after a couple of days this error reappeared again.
Has anyone else encountered this issue or have thoughts how this can be resolved?
