Hi Julie,
I also stuck at same point. We need to archive all attachments from servicenow and implemented the same suggested by servicenowguru. But how to invoke this setRedirectURL in a loop which help us to download all attachments in a single shot? Did you find any other solution apart from "Macro Express"?

Hi Shankar,
I didn't find a solution other than using MacroExpress. The software license for it is not expensive, something like $60 or at any rate under $100 if my memory is correct. It may save you a lot of extra time and headache to try to get a copy of Macro Express.
