Hi,
I was wondering if there was a SNC free instance (like TESTING purposes) for personal experiments.
It is not important if it expires within a few days/weeks, but that is useful for a short time (not like the demo live which resets everything every day).
Thanks,
Skender

At K15 I was told that after 2 weeks of inactivity the instance will be returned to the pool.
Did anyone else get the same information?

It basically has to be some development activity, not simply creating Incidents, Groups, Users, etc... Something like creating or modifying a Client Script, Business Rule, etc...
You can see in the developer portal when your last activity was.

So is there a way to get a personal instance that won't return to the pool after two weeks? I'd like to make some ServiceNow apps for personal use (family scheduling, money management, etc). I'd need 2 users so my wife and I could login and use the apps. Is that possible?

All you have to do is make sure you are using it, ie, making business rules, client scripts, etc. As long as you are active in those, it won't return to the pool.
