Is it possible to have an instance free, for personal purposes, without any commercial restrictions?

Hi,

I was wondering if there was a SNC free instance (like TESTING purposes) for personal experiments.

It is not important if it expires within a few days/weeks, but that is useful for a short time (not like the demo live which resets everything every day).

But it sounds like there's no formal "personal instance", is there? Ideally I'd setup the apps I want my family to use, then leave them be. I wouldn't want the maintenance of having to change a business rule arbitrarily to keep the instance. Also, it doesn't sound like the ideal way to use a development instance. I wish I could just get a ServiceNow instance for a handful of users.

I didn't use my instance for 3 weeks and now I cannot access to that.

Is there any way to re-have it with the data I had inserted?

I think once they reclaim the instance, they wipe it and return it to the pool. Probably, you will just have to grab another instance and start anew.

Mmm... I am afraid no: the only way to do this is to develop (not simply use it) some BR, scripts, add and modify views for at least 10days, otherwise it will turne back and cleaned at all.
