Is there a way to combine in a single VTB tasks coming from multiple tables (Incidents, Catalog Tasks) without creating a freeform VTB and having to re-create manually the tasks?

Hi Marco,

You can create the VTB on the "Task"-table. That way all types of task are there. Best would be to add a Choice field on the Task table with the choices that you want as lanes (f.e. "To do", "Doing", "Done"). But below I will select "State"

You can add criteria:

If you do not create a new field, be aware it will show you all the State values for any of the Task types if you selected that as lanes. Also not all states are valid for all types of task.

You can quickly remove lanes:

And then uncheck the ones you do not want:
