Is there a way to escalate or increase the priority of the case created in nowlearing?

I have raised a case in nowlearning and a case is created with Severity of 4 by default.

Is there a way to escalate or increase the priority of the case (looking for immediate attention) by ServiceNow

Hi,

I think the answer is no. You can just follow up on the case. Sometimes follow-ups can speed up things on now learning cases as per my experience.

If your nowlearning is a partner account then you can reach out to your contact on the ServiceNow side to help pace up the things.
