Is there any way to call the SLA and create task sla's.
(or otherway).
How to call the sla's in business rule.

Hi Raj,
Do you have the SLA Attached to Incident / Problem ??
You can even trigger a background script for creation of new Incident or problem then the SLA attached will be triggered
Or
Are you looking for only SLA to be triggered ?

I have SLA attached to incident.
Here whenever user update the comments in incident then already existing sla should complete it and need to create a new sla record with in progress.

Hi Raj
You want to create the SLA attached / triggered whenever the user updates the comments field
For ex: Taks SLA Incident
Start Condition : Incident Assignment group = x
Stop Condition : Comments Changes ();
So when user assigns to some assignment group then Task SLA Incident is attached to the respective Incident and when user comments in the Incident then the SLA is Stopped and again when user enters some text in comments then the same SLA should be triggered or another SLA Should be trigered ??

Hi Rajesh,
Same SLA should be triggered.
Jakarta verison don't have additonal comments in rest set filter conditions. Avaiable from Kinston verions on wards.
