Issue with Advance work Assignment

HI All ,

 

i have observed one issue that whenever i craete Queue (AWA> Service Channel (related list))  for any support Group for Round robin enable.  my account impersonate all the members that present on that Group  .

 

please help if any one observe this issue and let me know if there any solution on this or any investigation steps .
