Issue with my Dev Instance(keeps on loading in application navigator)

Not yet, am looking for the solution. 

Servicenow experts, please help to resolve the mentioned issue.

If you click on the links in the error, e.g;

If it's caused by a UI Script it should show the code causing the problem.  Now it may also be an issue if its loading.

Now because its in the menu it could be an application menu item or a favorite, or a history item.

If you make a new user with admin (since this is a PDI) and log in with that user do they get this issue (if so, likely history or favorite.  If they do get the issue well its likely a menu item then.  I'd start disabling it.

It could have something to do with your family and patch level.  Have you looked at the documented problems?
