Hello,
First be sure to navigate to the Web Server in the CI Class Manager. Then adjust your data refresh rule to 7 days.

Hi Chris, I am a little confused why the correct answer is "Service Now" as the discovery source. I first tried with LANDesk as the Discovery Source for 7 days, but did not work. However, the requirement does state that it should only be updated by LANDesk "IF" the record is not updated prior and in the previous exercise ServiceNow was the priority. (see pick below)
Can you help me out with the logic as to why the Discovery Source is Service Now, vs LANDESK?
REQUIREMENT:
As Cloud Dimensions CMDB implementer, using CI Class Manager, you are tasked to create a Windows Server data refresh rule, that allows Windows Server records to be updated by LANDesk if the record is not updated within the 7 days.

The logic is:
"IF" the specified source of the higher rule has not updated it
Then allow a lower (any lower) source to update it.
Then Specify when a CI turns stale for a discovery source, allowing the CI to be updated by a lower-priority authorized discovery source.

Correct Answer is -
Search Windows server class in CI Class Manager and navigate to Reconciliation Rule >> Data Refresh Rules and create one rule -
