Hi Team
I worked on service now (operational/functional) end. I am pursuing ITIL certification. I want to learn the content about service now and the AI involvement. I saw the content over internet(YouTube/Linkedin) but everything is too much scattered.
can someone please guide me over the journey as from where to start and so that everything is detailed manner (from scratch) so that I could have clear understanding and could learn correctly and properly.
preferred mode to connect -email (jatinsri46@gmail.com).

In today’s world of endless information, it’s often challenging to filter what truly matters, so it’s great that you’re taking the initiative to learn and grow your skills.
Here are my top 3 recommendations to start learning ServiceNow effectively:
1. ServiceNow University ( formerly known as Now Learning - https://learning.servicenow.com/)
Create a free account and explore the Career Journeys (see screenshot).
All on-demand courses are free.
If you’re starting from scratch, begin with the System Administrator path and aim for the Certified System Administrator exam.
2. Personal Developer Instance ( https://developer.servicenow.com/)
Sign up and request your own PDI for hands-on practice.
For guided exercises, go to Learn → Learning Plans → System Administrator.
3.Official ServiceNow Documentation
The best reference for any functionality or troubleshooting.
Example: Google “Incident Management ServiceNow docs” to get the official documentation directly.
