KB articles stuck in review

We recently switched from the knowledge instant publish workflow to the knowledge - approval publish workflow.   As a result, we have some articles stuck in a "Review" state with no approvals to publish the article. I can edit the workflow state from the list view because its disabled and cant do an update all on the list view.   Any ideas of how to get these to another state than review?

I agree with that, however we do things a little weird around here.  


I had a similar issue when I migrated the KB articles from a v2 knowledge base to a v3 knowledge base.  

I created the UI action as described, except I modified the condition to say gs.hasRole ('knowledge_manager')

Josh - It should work smooth with approval workflow. Did you try adding owner and manager in the related knowledge base. 

You should get atleast one approver as owner is mandatory field in every knowledge base.
