Hi there, 

is there a possibility to set default values in the knowledge articles tinyMCE field?

Font / Font Size

Hyperlinks (color/font, font size)

Bullet List = Square

Also, I would like to extend to color range with 2 more color codes. Is this possible?

How can I change the default value for inserting images?
For example I want to have here  for type the the default value "attachment".

Hi Alberto! Is there a way to customize the 'list-style-position' which is default "inside", to "outside" when creating new Knowledge articles from the 'Articles - Import articles' page? And also customize other things?

This customization you're explaining only affects pre-created templates, but I don't use that method; and also, when I tested with the pre-created templates, the articles shows a single bullet point already created, but when I delete it and create one new bullet point, the list-style-position is set to 'inside' again...

Any help on this topic would be super!

Hi,

I have changed the default value as described above and it's working fine.

Just have another issue now: all the Headings are messed up whatever I select it's not changing size anymore.

Any recommendations to fix this - would be appreciated 🙂
