we have a knowledge article that was published and use count was 3,
suddenly the content was missing from article,

Right click on the Header of the any Published KB article, Go to Configure -> Form Layout and choose 'Topic' filed in the Available list and click on Add button which will add in Selected List and click on Save.
If you want see who removed the filed, click on Show Versions link under Related Links and see who did changes through update set.

there is no such field in name of TOPIC.
we are facing issue from last 25 days that the content in knowledge article is missing.
would you please help me to solve this issue.

it may be due to the latest version V 3 of knowledge is not applied to article properly.
