Whenever a kb article is checked out into DRAFT state, any user can now see the article and it has the word Draft beside the KB article number. If any edits are saved while the article is still in DRAFT state, the user can now see the edits too. I have check all the sys properties and they all look to be correct. We have no ACLs that contribute to this issue. Is there something I am missing or is this a bug that needs to be reported?
I have attached what you see from the Portal as a user with only ITIL Role. And the sys properties that have been checked and confirmed.
Thank you,
Jackie

I believe we went to the Knowledge Portal Properties (Knowledge > Administration > Properties)
Find this property, and make sure it is unchecked.
Hope that helps!

Hello Jackie,
This property is only for Knowledge Portal, What about other portals?. How can we restrict unpublished articles on other portals?

Hey Ankur,
I'm wondering if you ever found a solution to this problem? We seem to run into the same issue. In our case, we don't want to see unpublished version in the Employee Center.
If you have and feel like sharing - it would greatly be appreciated.
