Knowledge Base articles - Can I create a pop-up window?

Hello,

Quick question. I was to create a pop-up window in KB articles that'll pop-up when I click on a word. Is it possible? I have basic knowledge of HTML, so I don't mind if it involves code.

My use case is when I want to provide additional information or definition on a terminology without creating a separate section for it and without disturbing the surrounding contents. I want people to click a terminology they're not familiar with and have a window or a tooltip pop up with information on the terminology. I'd also love it if there's also a way to add an info icon to a KB article and have the icon generate a pop-up when clicked. I attached some examples as PNG.

As far as I know, it is not possible, what you shared is a screenshot if a website but these are like static pages.
