Hi, I have a problem with some Knowledge articles from the same category where "can read" is set to all, I don´t know why for some knowledge articles it shows the error "You do not have sufficient privileges to access this knowledge item", I have checked all ACLs but not seem to be the problem, because some articles can be see without problem and other are restricted.

1. Check the can read criteria at knowledge base level.
2. There is a Roles field at knowledge article level ( list view) , make sure no role is defined there.

Hi, yes the user criteria match, the user has no problem with that, but for some reason some articles from the same knowledge base can be see withouth a problem, but other are restricted.
Thank you
