Global Search for the RITM.
Under the list of tasks, we don't see any RITM listed. Is there a way to include RITM in the search scope and return that on the list of Tasks here?

At related list "Text Search Tables" add a new record and configure it regarding your needs.

I was able to get the table on this screen and saved, but still no RITMs appeared in the search results. I even found an article saying to go to the Dictionary Entry for the table (Requested Item [sc_req_item]) and select "Generate Text Index" and still I don't get RITMs to appear.
FYI, I did update the Text Search Group for Tasks to remove the Requests table (we find searching for RITMs more helpful than searching for requests) and the Requests are no longer appearing when doing the Global Search, so I didn't something right.
