Knowledge base articles to appear in SharePoint Online search results

Hi everyone

We use SharePoint online as our internal intranet, and ServiceNow Knowledge Bases for our ITSM needs, and technology support articles. We're wanting to have the articles show up in SharePoint search results, is there a function for this?

I know of SharePoint Online Search Connector, but not the reverse equivalent. I've heard of Microsoft Graph connector but would like to hear from anyone who's done this before and how they achieved it.

Hi Keszia - Many customers replace their SharePoint intranet portals with EC Pro, so employees can access targeted communications + services from a single interface.  They still use SharePoint sites for teams to manage files and collaborate on documents together.  Then they index SharePoint Online using the connector you referenced, so employees can search from SN and find relevant files in SharePoint.  I have many examples of this.  Feel free to see the post from my Feb 6th EX Platform for the Modern Intranet blog in which Thomas (who manages SN and Office 365) explains his company's strategy for using EC Pro as the intranet portal, but SharePoint for managing files.  https://www.servicenow.com/community/ex-platform-for-the-modern/gh-p/sig-modern-intranet

Thanks Eric - SharePoint is the system of choice so I'll need a solution that retains this.
