How do I create a link to a SharePoint-site from Knowledge Base?

You need to give the SharePoint link in the knowledge article where a user can click and open the SharePoint site.

Does it mean I first have to establish an article?

And in that article I specify the link?

Yes, create an article, Inser the Hyperlink in the Text part of article, publish it and you are done.
