How can I activate this view? It was available directly in the PDI, but a different page appears on the customer system:

Nav: Self-Service -> Knowledge

Hi there,

 

Both are active on every ones instance. The first one is basically the Knowledge bases on the Platform UI, the seconds one the KB portal.

The 1st screen shot, which you shared is going to decommission. but both are view available in PDI. 1st one on Form level / native view and 2nd is portal view.
