Hi All,
I am exploring on kb articles and knowledge bases.
Can anyone let me know " which are Default Knowledge bases available on Servicenow platform, or what is actual definition of default knowledge bases, who all can access it, read/write or can contribute to default knowledge base articles.
Where can I find all information related to knowledge bases?

Hi @Sandhya Shinde in your PDI you can open the kb_knowledge_base table to get OOB items. Its accessible to admins

These are knowledge bases available OOTB, since i have different product modules installed, so you see many knowledge bases :
But, let's say you have ITSM, then you can this :
- Mark as New
- Bookmark
- Subscribe
- Mute
- Subscribe to RSS Feed
- Permalink
- Report Inappropriate Content

OOTB, it is IT Knowledge base, also when you activate any plugins ( product specific) it add more KB's

default knowledge bases typically include the IT Knowledge Base, HR Knowledge Base, and Facilities Knowledge Base.
Access:
- Readers: View articles.
- Contributors: Create/edit articles.
- Admins: Manage settings and permissions.
For detailed information, navigate to All > Knowledge > Knowledge Bases
