knowledge links not opening

Unable to open knowledge article links by navigating to Self Service --> Knowledge.

While URL of the links are highlighted at bottom of the browser but there is no action when the link is clicked.

Any help would be appreciated.

What if you try to directly access article URL like below? Are you getting a blank page or any error?





https://your instance name.service-now.com/kb_view.do?sysparm_article=KB0000005


https://dev22839.service-now.com/kb_view.do?sysparm_article=KB0000005


In above link, change your instance name and article number you know.


There is no issue while doing a direct access.


When the links are clicked no action.

Is it happening to all users and for all knowledge base articles ?


Ensure that articles have not got any kind of role attached to it that may prevent to article to be read or opened..
