Knowledge Rating Thumbs up/Down allowing users to click on button several times?

Hi All,

We have an issue in which users are allowed to click on the thumbs up/ Thumbs down indefinitely. In my opinion this defeats the purpose of knowledge ratings. Can this be corrected or is this A FIX Out of the Box functionality?

What version are you on and where are you seeing the Thumbs up / Thumbs down?   That doesn't sound like an OOB feature.

The version is FUJI. it's the Marking Articles feature. Here is   screenshot:

Right, except OOB, those display as Yes / No, and the UI element immediately transforms post-click.

Those icons look custom.
