For most applications I've tested (Change, Problem, Incident) I can click the banner bar gear icon, and then in the System Settings dialog box, click Printer friendly version and am presented with a Click to print button.
I can print the table of knowledge articles but not individual articles - not useful at all. Employees want to print articles not tables. I am on UI 16, tested in IE11, Chrome, and Firefox.
I am very frustrated with Geneva Knowledge!

Hello Dan,
You may want to open a HI incident. I am able to print individual articles.

Ignore I see what you are saying now. I also do not have the print button either but using file > Print in IE seems to work for the most part after you click the gear > print friendly. I had one article that would not print properly even after setting it to print in landscape it still cut off some of the text. That one may have to be a different page size.

We can print using that process, but any images in the article do not print.
