Ldap Sync Issue

Hi Team,
We have configured LDAP in our environment but when I try to test the connection status, I'm getting below error:
I'm not sure what needs to be done from the SN side. I checked the Certificates node within LDAP and it has valid certificates added. Can someone please let me know how to resolve this issue?

Hi Raghu, I did go through the documentations , however, we do have valid certificates in the system. But the issue still persists.

Hi Raghu,
We had a call with SN and they mentioned to install the certificates in the mid server as well. We did post which the issue was resolved.
