We're starting to fill out our KB more and I'm wondering if there is a way to make the page for article (kb_view) present so it looks like part of the rest of the CMS, with our header and sidebar etc? Right now if I link to an article (ex. kb_view.do?sysparm_article=KB0010440) it just loads the content of the KB article and nothing else.
I know the kb_view UI page can be formatted but I'm not sure how to make it show with the same layout of our CMS.

Sorry I manually found my way to this type of URL. I found a public article on your ESS and plugged in the sysid for you.

Hello Tom,
I realise this is now quite an old discussion but did you ever get a solution to this question?
I've just posted a similar request this morning with no replies yet.
I'm sure all of this SN stuff will become clearer with time but until then I have to keep asking sill questions,
many thanks in advance,
Keiron.

Nope. Updates constantly broke any hack-y workaround I made. We have since moved away from the CMS and now use the Service Portal which doesn't have this problem.
