Looking for 'Now Assist behind the scenes' details

Suggy
Giga Sage

I want to know the technical details of Now Assist.

Ex - when on the incident form, when I click on 'Summarize', what happens behind the scenes?

How the data processing happens? (data flow details)

Any architecture diagram for this?

If you have the details, please share.

Hi @Suggy

I know you're looking for more, but did you get a chance to explore the docs:

https://www.servicenow.com/docs/bundle/yokohama-intelligent-experiences/page/administer/now-assist-p...

Also, visit the now create, you might get a handful of resources.

As a final option, you can connect with your ServiceNow Account Manager and ask them to provide a detailed explanation.
