Make record producer available on Agent workspace

Hello All,

I have created a  HR record producer. My requirement is to make this record producer visible on agent workspace only and not on esc portal.

Please guide me to achieve this requirement.

To not make available in Portal just check this checkbox 'Hide on service portal' to true.

The first point is bit different from my requirement. I want to see the record producer on Agent workspace when I search with the name, not making a button option on the header.

Second point is helpful.
