I am working in the Managed Documents application in ServiceNow. I can create a "My Collections" and add DOC records to it. I was wondering if there is a way to "share" or have other Users able to view My Collection or create a public Collection of DOC records that would be available to a Group or Global for viewing? I understand that I can make individual DOC records available to other Users or Groups but have not been able to make a Collection available to other Users.
