Mandatory fields on service portal

When submitting a form on portal i want to see the error message for mandatory variables on alert popup like this : 

and not like this : 

There is any solution for that ?

Hello Mark, 

This code is showing on load of the form, me im speaking about when submitting the form without populate the mandatory fields the error message appears, i speak about this error message.
