MID server url configuration parameter read-only error

Following an instance rename I'm trying to update the MID server url configuration parameter but I'm getting an error message "You are attempting to add or modify a read-only parameter -- not allowed"

Hi,

You have to configure config.xml file manually. Login to your mid server machine and then change it in config.xml file.
