We have installed Mid servers in the past and it has gone fine, but yesterday we tried creating another mid server and everything seemed to go fine server side. The installer said it was successful and the mid server service is showing up in services.msc. Unfortunately when we go to look at the mid server in the UI it is not showing up.

This is a known issue that was resolved in Jakarta 10 (or Kingston and on)

I am also facing issue.
Current release: Tokyo
I try to install mid server through zip file. the service is running in host but not connecting to instance.
Checked the logs and found this:
Getrecord failed( unknown host).
Other info:
We are using proxy server.
My findings:
Could be issue with certificate. But not sure how to fix this.
Please can you help me debugging this issue. Thankyou
