Minutes Condition for filters on time attributes

Hello, everybody,

The Condition Builder already offers various options for setting conditions on time attributes.
For the condition "is less than" there are possible parameters for the times [hour / day / week / month / quarter / year].

With a database access this would not be a problem, but ServiceNow does not offer the parameter [minutes].

Why is there no parameter for minutes?
What would I have to do to give users the possibility to choose minutes?

For example, so that the user can search for the following:
All incidents closed 20 minutes after opening.

thanks for this information, but I does not fit my purpose because I can't select an other date field to compare it to.

I want to retrive all records that have been closed unter 20 minutes after they got opened. 

If there is any other solution for this, let me know.
