Configuration or Network Error showing after retraining the Solution definition in Predictive Intelligence

I want to set up predictive intelligence functionality over the personal instance. For achieving the same, I have installed the required plugins into the system. After setting up the same, when I am trying to retrain the OOB solution definition Incident Assignment as per the filters, it is returning me Configuration OR Network Error status in the solution tab[screenshot attached].

Unfortunately, at this time, personal developer instances aren't supported for the predictive intelligence plugin.
