In our environment, the "Rule base" tab is not being displayed in Vancouver.
I went out and got a PDI with version Vancouver. In looking at Order Guides I see that the "Rule Base" and "Catalog Data Lookup Definitions" Related Lists tabs existed.
The fact I did nothing to make the appear, makes puzzled as to why these Related Lists tabs are no showing in our company's ServiceNow instance. Is there some tricked to get these additional tabs to appear in an upgraded instance?
I also looked at the configuration for the Related List for the Order Guide form, and these values are not showing in the list of available related lists.

Please follow the below steps to add the "Rule Base" to the related list of a order guide table
Step 1: Click on the Additional actions and select the Configure >Related Lists
Step 2: Make sure to have the "Rule->Guide" present in the Selected as shown in below
Step 3: Click save and verify the relates list available for the order guide table
Thanks and Regards,

Hi @marclindsay ,
Its common to face such experince. What you can do is to follow what @Srikanth_Peru has recommended and save the configuration. Hence you will be able to see the rule base for Order guides.
Open The order guide record
On the header > right click > configure > related list
On the slush bucket search for wat realted list is missed add it to right and save.
You should be able to see the missing related list.
Let us know how it goes...
