Multilevel pivot table with No column

Hello,

As per our client requirement we need to build a multilevel pivot table which requires rows with no columns , but it seems the Column is mandatory and  not allowing us to generate the report. The client don't want the column to be added in the report only the sum/grand total  should be generated.  Please refer the below attachment and provide us some solution for this.

 

In the below image we have added Test(dummy column) as column as it is mandatory.  We have to remove that column. Please provide suggestion how we can remove that.
