We are currently using the mailto:approve/mailto:reject in other email approval. The requirement is for when the approver uses the mailto:reject that additional information of why it was rejected is needed and logged into that the work notes field on the RITM. We do not have approval licenses for all our employees this is why we are using the email approval/reject option. Does anyone know if this can be done? and of so what do you recommend on how to do this?
