My Request widget with multiple tables

We are developing service portal. My requests widget we expect to show records from many table including scoped applications. Any one have done this? we are looking for good option to implement especially UI

Yes we have added extra tables as below

To do this go to Main header Menu and edit the my request menu item

Thanks ! But what I am looking for is not the header menu one. A new page which shows all request for the logged in user.

But as mentioned we have 70+ scoped app and itsm modules. So the page should be adoptive for that and each form will have different information in list to show as column

Hi,

Then you can create a new page and navigate to that page or use my request page to extend this.

Add add data table widget on task table to show all tasks assocaited with that user and if that custom application table is not task extended then add simple list widget for those.
