Hello Everyone,
I have a doubt on a fundamental aspect of setting up a Servicenow email account. It seems I have forgotten the basic configuration details. I have tried to set up an IMAP account with my Servicenow, but I was receiving an authentication error. This is a basic email configuration involving an email and password with the Outlook server. The email account does not have MFA. I'm not sure exactly where I'm going wrong; if anyone has any ideas, or if there are any questions I need to check with my Office 365 team, it would be very helpful for me. I have attached a screenshot of the email configuration for better understanding.

I don't see any issue in the configuration. Make sure the user name contains the domain (e.g. user@domain.com)
Otherwise you need to ensure password don't have any extra space if you copy from email or chat messages.

I have validated the password and domain, which is exactly what was needed to be on that mailbox.
