Need to install Jira Spoke plugin in my personal dev instance

I'm trying to evaluate ServiceNow / Jira integration for my employer. We're currently working in Madrid. I see multiple plugins but am not sure which to use. Options include:

  • Jira Spoke
  • Atlassian Jira Integration for Agile Development
  • Work Item Integrations Common

My best guess is that Jira Spoke is the one I want, but it appears to not be available for personal dev instances? If it is, can someone point me to how to install it?

Then there's Work Item Integrations Common. What's the difference between this one and Jira Spoke?

Can someone explain what the differences are and which one I should/can install into my personal dev instance?

Thanks.

Hello Erik,

'Jira Spoke' is the one you need for everything REST related.  You will also need to have an IntegrationHub 'Starter' subscription.  Additionally the Jira Spoke is NOT currently available in a personal Developer instance nor are some other spokes to include Microsoft Exchange/Exchange Online

Be well!

Please post your question in the below forum, so that ServiceNow employees can assist if that's available for PDI.
