I am new to ServiceNow Administration and I have a question related to setting up a new user account and adding it to a subscription.
It looks like we have the Subscription setup with a group within the "Subscribed Groups" (ex. ITIL_LIC_USERS).
Situation:
- We add a new user to the Subscribed Group
- A little while later the user will show up under the "Subscribed users" tab of the subscription when viewing the subscription with the Subscription Management Dashboard.
- The user has the expected permissions
- If you go to the user account nothing shows up under Subscriptions.
- If you click on View Subscriptions under Related Links the user does not show within the Subscription and the total allocated does not match the total allocated shown in the Subscription Management Dashboard.
I see older accounts in our system have the subscription tab populated within their user account.
Thus, the question, How does the subscription tab for the user get updated? What step am I missing?
