No Copy button on Catalog Item form

Hi, 

I want to copy a catalog item but there is no Copy button but has Insert button on Catalog Item form as stated in following document:

Copying can be more useful than using the Insert function because the function only copies the item details.

Procedure

1. Open a catalog item form.
2. Use the Copy button to create a new copy of a catalog item, named Copy of [item name]
3.

You can use insert and stay that is equal to copy.

Insert and stay wouldn't copy the variable / variable set and UI policy. It only copy field that been modified.

That's 100% true, mate, but SN dont have a copy ( copy everything) functionality.

@shan_wan  It should be visible , May i know what role you have ? have you published this item ?

If you have admin role, you can validate "Copy" UI action condition script, seems like your record is not fulfilling the copy button condition .
