Hi,
I want to copy a catalog item but there is no Copy button but has Insert button on Catalog Item form as stated in following document:
Copying can be more useful than using the Insert function because the function only copies the item details.
Procedure
- Open a catalog item form.
- Use the Copy button to create a new copy of a catalog item, named Copy of [item name]
Please help.

I think so. I asked the servicenow admin team to look into it.

@shan_wan Validate role, minimum you should have catalog admin role to see this button.
Let me know if you have any further questions for me.
Thanks,
Harsh

I do have catalog admin role as I created the catalog item; I created a ticket for my company's servicenow admin team to look into this.
Thank you for your help!

The Copy button will not display if the catalog item is in state Draft or Publishing state or is Checked Out. Can you verify that none of the above is true for you?

The status is published. Looks like it is role issue.
